The Masonic Temple building is listed for sale. From the south entrance is a hallway with a couple of wall coat racks & paneled walls. The first door on the right has carpet flooring, paneled walls and 3 closets with overhead cabinets plus one 6 drawer floor cabinet. The 2nd door on the right has carpet flooring with 6 closets all with overhead cabinets. The electrical panel box is on the wall. The above 2 rooms have another door that can also access the meeting room which is extra large in size or it can be accessed by the east door facing Main street. On the left side of the hallway is one locked room. The second room is the library. The hallway opens up to a spacious room with paneling and carpet flooring, 2 trophy cases are hung on the walls, several chairs, a long bench plus a wood table. Another hallway leads to an exit door to the alley. A short hallway has a mens restroom and the end of the hallway has a storage closet with 2 shelfs, concrete floor with a drain and a newer electric water heater plus a ladies restroom leading back into the main hallway. There is a very spacious kitchen with several upper cabinets and many lower cabinets with counter top, double stainless steel sink, newer dishwasher, electric range, newer refrigerator w/ice maker, 2 pass thru openings to serve people in the attached lunch room. In a short hallway just outside the kitchen is an upright freezer plus a second fridge for the leftovers. The lunch room is large with several tables and chairs to serve a crowd. There is an exit door from the lunch room leading out to main street. A very wide closet at the end of the lunch room has storage racks to store canned & boxed food plus paper plates, bowls, cups etc. One side of this closet is miscellaneous items for the building. The extra large meeting room can also be accessed from a door just before going out the exit door to Main Street.
